French Countess Amarante de Saint Véran, a famous pro lady wrestler in the States, travels to Africa to test her skills against the savage warriors there.

Amarante arrives in the Balouga country, an important and powerful tribe, known for its wealth, sexual practices, and love of wrestling. There she presents herself as Kageena, the White Queen of the Jungle, and demands they submit to her law. Queen Simba does not take the pretender seriously, but her son Wuebo is insulted and challenges the big white woman to wrestle. It is agreed the loser will become the sex slave of the winner.

I thought this was good, but the price was a bit much for the amount of pages, and I was disappointed Simba never got involved in the actual fighting. (Publisher's note: Thanks for your support! A 25 panel story usually runs $14.95, this is about twice that, and if created as a two-part story would have been $29.90. So maybe $19.95 isn't too bad! Agree with you about Simba - maybe a Simba vs Amarante will pop up in the future.)Garren (10 Apr 2016, 11:08)
